Freelance Tour Guide in Italian - Nice, France

Riviera Bar Crawl & Tours is looking for an Italian speaker with outstanding personality to become part of our Team of tour guides.

Tasks

• Greeting and welcoming customers to the tour.
• Informing customers about the itinerary for each tour.
• Describing points of interest around the city to the group and answering any questions. This requires learning a comprehensive history of each stop and the city area.
• Providing directions and information related to lodging, food, and other amenities in cities of the French Riviera.
• Monitoring the group's behavior, especially when young children are present, and ensuring everyone remains in compliance with safety rules.
• Putting your own spin on the tours and general scripts (provided by us) to ensure your tours are original.
• Maintaining a positive, friendly demeanor at all times.
• Leading tours day and night with enthusiasm and energy.
• Collaborating with the sales team for a smooth handoff at the end of each tour.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, punctuality.
• Previous experience as tour guide preferred.
• Autonomous digital user - you will be required to use our management tools and navigate different booking platforms.
• Proactivity and ability to manage unexpected issues.
• Excellent memory and passion for historical facts.
• Storytelling and ability to fascinate and entertain a public.
• Flexibility and adaptability to our tour schedule (you will be required to run both days and nights tours and bar crawls).
• Passion and friendly attitude are essential.
• Mandatory to have the status auto entrepreneur in France.
