About Ziya Shari Ziya Shari is a luxury womenswear brand launching its first collection in Summer 2026. The style combines clean, structured shapes with couture details like embroidery and handcrafted finishes. Each piece is made to stand out and leave wow effect. Ziya Shari is rooted in ethics and innovation, with future plans to incorporate next-generation vegan materials such as mushroom leather, vegan silk, and plant-based cashmere, positioning the brand at the forefront of luxury sustainable fashion alongside pioneers like Stella McCartney. We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury fashion and strong couture garment construction skills. You’ll work closely with the founder and couturiere to refine and finalize a high-impact, cohesive collection and help define the creative identity of the brand. Senior Designer/Couturière The Role We are seeking an experienced Fashion Designer with strong skills in both creative direction and garment construction, and a solid background in the luxury fashion industry. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a brand from its foundation, working closely with the founder to build a refined, coherent, and high-impact collection that positions Ziya Shari as a new voice in high fashion. Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop a new capsule collection
• Refine the existing capsule collection
• Ensure stylistic coherence and luxury-level finishing across all designs
• Have a close envolement with the design and prototyping process from sketch to sample
• Provide input on embroidery, structure, and statement elements
• Select materials that align with the brand’s vegan and quality standards
• Keep up to date with the luxury fashion industry

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a fashion designer in a luxury or couture brand
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and finishings, and is able to sew samples
• Someone that is a team player and can help on all aspects in the house
• Able to lead the design process from concept to technical execution
• Brings a balance of creativity, commercial awareness, and authenticity
• Experience with embroidery, volume, and tailoring is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with vegan or sustainable materials is a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to the South of France (Nice area)
• Speaks french or English
