Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Situated in the beautiful city of Nice, we are looking to expand our team with a visionary Chief Product Officer who shares our passion for revolutionizing connectivity. You will report directly to the CEO . What will be your role & missions As our Chief Product Officer, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of private 5G solutions.
You will lead the product strategy, management, and product marketing, ensuring our offerings are not only at the cutting edge of technology but also address the evolving needs of our clients.
Your expertise in IT, combined with your profound knowledge of 4G and 5G technologies, servers, and cloud infrastructure, will be instrumental in building and maintaining a product portfolio that stands out for its simplicity, efficiency, and innovation.
You must have a great understanding of business challenges as well, business models and pricing methodologies. Key Responsibilities With your team, you will
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with
- Lead the product management team in identifying new product opportunities,
- Manage a team of product directors, managers and designer
- Work closely with the R&D, engineering, and sales teams to ensure product
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions
- Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights,
- Ensure products are simple to buy, deploy, and manage, providing an
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven
- Manage our terminal partnerships to build an ecosystem of industrial 5G
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the media,
- Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer or similar leadership role in the
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, MBA
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
