What are the responsibilities?

As a true ambassador and representative of the Filorga brand at the retail location, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming, advising, attracting, and retaining customers

• Ensuring a customer experience consistent with the brand’s values and image

• Driving sales and revenue growth for the brand at the retail location

• Maintaining clean and organized product displays

• Collaborating with all contacts at headquarters and the retail location

• Managing your schedule independently

• Ensuring compliance with the brand’s sales policies and standards

Required qualifications for this position:

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and responsive, with a meticulous approach

• Self-reliant and motivated

• Initial experience in sales and the cosmetics industry

• Knowledge of sales techniques and comfortable with customer interaction

• Commercial acumen and a taste for a challenge!

• Fluency in English is highly preferred
