Product Manager be part of our passionate team A newly created position to join our growing Product team. Our product MammoScreen, available in the US and EU markets, is intended to assists radiologists in reading mammography exams. We are seeking for a Product Manager able to ensure the success of the MammoScreen product line. Lead the product development in order to ensure that it is the best product You are multitasker, with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize, and you have a strong attention to detail Show us you are the ideal candidate! ABOUT THE POSITION The number of data to be read by radiologists is increasing, but conversely the number of radiologists is not. They are under high pressure and burnout is frequent. Providing a technology that helps them read faster and more confidently is highly valuable and will soon become part of the standard of care. MammoScreen also helps them to catch up with some missed cancers, that improves the survival rate for their patients. You will be in charge of ensuring the success of this product through strategic and effective long range planning, identification of product opportunities and requirements, and translation of those into effective product development followed by successful roll out in the markets. This will include the following missions and responsibilities: Global ownership of the MammoScreen product line. Strategic go-to person for the product future and lifecycle management. Initiate and deliver the development of new features and make them available globally. Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to maintain a grounded view of the market trends (clinical and technological), competition activities, product usage and future needs. It ill be great if you had: Graduate degree in a relevant field (engineering with business/product acumen) Holistic view of product development (from the needs to releases) 2+ years of experience in a similar position (PM or PO) Proficiency in scientific English (written and spoken), same in French is a plus Some essentials you need to have: Good understanding of software development process, AI building requirements is a plus Understanding of marketing principles and commercial drivers of the business Clinical and domain knowledge in radiology, breast imaging is a plus Strategic thinking and good planning skills Stakeholder management skills Basic coding skills (scripting) This is an exciting opportunity if you are: self-starter, autonomous, hands-on, pro-active, with can-do attitude low ego, collaborative, initiatives taking but not in isolation high accountability, ownership, no “not-my-job” What Therapixel’s team expect from you: Thrive for excellence Creative, curious, and ingenuous Passionate Why work with us?
